Statement of Accessibility

The Florida League of Cities (“FLC”) is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website. FLC is actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of the website and, in doing so, adheres to many of the available standards and guidelines.

FLC does not discriminate in its programs and services on the basis of disability and complies with applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

To further our commitment to nondiscrimination, we are currently updating the website to ensure it conforms to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Such guidelines outline best practices to ensure assistive technology users can access the site. The guidelines also make the site more user-friendly for all people.

Due to FLC’s integration with external vendors and entities, certain areas within the site remain beyond FLC’s control. Until the integration with these external vendors and entities is resolved, FLC can only achieve partial conformance with WCAG.

Should anyone find information or functionality that is inaccessible, please contact our Accessibility Coordinator at 407.736.1822 or complete our Accessibility Feedback Form. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate.
