The Board of Directors is the governing body of the League and is composed of a President, First Vice President, and Second Vice President; all past Presidents who are still in office; 35 directors representing 14 geographical districts; one director from each of the state’s most populous cities; three newly established at-large board seats, and a non-voting member authorized from the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA).
