The primary responsibility will entail planning, directing and coordinating the city’s fiscal operations and services including budgeting, accounting, billing, purchasing and information technology systems. The finance director will be also responsible for managing staff of 13 employees and a city budget of more than $20 million. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration; and eight years of financial-management experience, three of which must be at assistant director or director level.
